What Event Porta Potty Service Covers
Last updated: November 2026
These terms apply to event porta potty rental services provided by MI Toilet Rentals. The specific quote or written order states the equipment, quantities, delivery and pickup arrangements, service visits, rental period, and location included.
Hand washing units or other equipment are included only when listed in that agreement. The customer must provide accurate site details and arrange safe, suitable access for delivery and service.
Rental service does not automatically include permits, site preparation, utilities, special placement, extra cleaning, waste removal beyond the agreed service, damage repair, or work outside the quoted scope. Those items require separate written approval and may involve additional charges.
Customers are responsible for checking event permit requirements with the City of Clio and for identifying applicable sanitation and accessibility needs. OSHA construction sanitation rules under 29 CFR 1926.51, workplace sanitation rules under 29 CFR 1910.141, Michigan environmental law, septage licensing rules, and the 2010 ADA Standards may apply depending on the site and use. Contact the relevant authorities for guidance; a rental does not itself establish compliance.
Booking, Changes, and Cancellation Requests
Delivery, service, and pickup appointments are arranged with the customer and confirmed in the quote or order. A requested date or time is not confirmed until MI Toilet Rentals accepts it.
Customers should provide the event schedule, site address, access instructions, and a reliable contact before the appointment. Any notice period or cancellation charge that applies will be stated in the accepted quote or order; if none is stated, contact the company promptly to discuss the request.
Tell MI Toilet Rentals as soon as plans change. Changes to dates, equipment quantity, placement, access, rental duration, or service frequency need approval and may change the quote or availability.
A change is not part of the agreement until confirmed in writing. If site conditions or access prevent the agreed work, the parties can discuss a revised plan and any related charge before additional work proceeds where practical.
Weather or event changes do not automatically alter the order; contact the company to confirm available options.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment
MI Toilet Rentals provides an estimate based on the information available, including event dates, location, equipment, rental period, service needs, and access. The written quote or order controls the agreed scope and charges.
Estimates may need revision if the customer changes the request or if important site details were incomplete or inaccurate. No price is stated here; review the individual quote before approving the work.
Payment timing and accepted payment arrangements are those shown in the quote or order. The customer should ask about any unclear charge before accepting.
Approval may be recorded in writing, including by email. Work outside the agreed scope, such as extra equipment, additional service, or a changed pickup schedule, requires customer approval and may add charges.
MI Toilet Rentals will confirm the revised scope and amount before proceeding when practical. If an invoice or payment question arises, contact the company using the details in the terms contact section.
These terms do not promise financing, a particular rate, or a refund that is not stated in the accepted agreement.
Equipment Condition and Service Commitments
MI Toilet Rentals will provide the equipment and rental services described in the accepted quote or order. The written agreement is the place to check what equipment is included, when it will be delivered, and what servicing is scheduled.
These terms do not create a separate warranty period or promise a particular result beyond the agreed work. Any express warranty or additional commitment must be stated in writing by MI Toilet Rentals.
Customers should report equipment problems or missed service promptly, with the event location and a description of the issue, so the company can review it and discuss an appropriate response. The customer is responsible for ordinary care, safe access, and using equipment as intended.
Damage, misuse, unauthorized relocation, blocked access, or conditions outside the agreed scope may affect the company’s ability to address a problem and may require separately approved work or charges. Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.
Responsibility for Site Conditions and Loss
Customers are responsible for providing accurate site information, safe access, and notice of known hazards or existing damage. MI Toilet Rentals is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or problems caused by inaccurate instructions, unsafe access, misuse, or work outside the accepted scope.
To the extent permitted by law, MI Toilet Rentals’ liability for a claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This does not limit liability where applicable law prohibits that limitation, or for rights that cannot legally be waived.
Sanitation and accessibility duties depend on the site and activity. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 addresses construction sanitation, while OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 addresses workplace sanitation.
Michigan Public Act 451 of 1994 concerns environmental protection, and Michigan Part 117 covers septage waste regulation and licensing. The 2010 ADA Standards address accessible facilities.
These rules do not guarantee that a particular rental meets every site requirement. Customers should verify applicable obligations and event permit requirements with the City of Clio and relevant state or local agencies.
Questions About These Terms
For questions about these terms, an order, or a requested change, contact MI Toilet Rentals at (833) 549-4191 or quote@eventportapottyrentalcliomi.top. Mail may be sent to 11446 N Linden Rd, Clio, MI 48420. Include the event date and service address when asking about an existing quote or booking so the company can identify the request.
MI Toilet Rentals may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted or otherwise made available to customers, and the revision date or other notice may identify the change.
For an existing booking, the accepted quote or order and any written change approval describe the agreed service; ask the company if you are unsure which terms apply. Continuing to request new services after updated terms are provided indicates acceptance of those terms for the new request, subject to applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed.
Daniel Mercer
Service Expert at MI Toilet Rentals
I started in portable sanitation work around Clio, where I learned how much good planning matters when an event site is muddy, crowded, or far from permanent restrooms. I built this business to help local organizers get clean units, sensible placement, and dependable service through Michigan’s busy summer season and changing weather.
